From recent news dated March 31, 2004, Senate Bill 150  http://reelscene.com/law/sb150prop1.html  is out of committee and headed for a vote. SB 150 allows the establishment of an economic enterprise zone for movie production in (specifically) Shelby County. The set up would also allow for other counties to do the same. Still in committee, SB 84 http://reelscene.com/law/sb84prop1.html and SB 366  http://reelscene.com/law/sb366prop1.html

may sound kind odd but the results for the 'stargate' effects were ground breaking. Now with computers effects like in "Solaris" are the new high ground. You can go to Richard Baily's digital FX web site http://imagesavant.com  for some ethereal still images and equally beautiful Quicktime movies.
